Service promises and after-sale service clauses

1．Provide you with feasibility analysis, performance analysis, suggestions on machine configuration, design of plane layout in workshop for free.

2．If needed, we will send our technicians to your factory to adjust machines, providing operation instruction.

3．Our tichnicians will train the works to operate machines (including how to use and maintain machines)

4．Provide at least one set of spare parts for all wearing parts. We provide channels for purchasing wearing parts in the whole operating life of machines.

5．length of warranty is one year, and maintenance interval is 10 years.

6．in length of warranty

6.1 If the machines go wrong under right operation, we will send the accessories for free within 7 working days after receiving the pictures proving the truth of the damages. (Using express delivery under the condition of accessories less than 5kgs; more than 5kgs, other transpotation way.)

6.2 If needed to your factory, we will ask for VISA within 3 working days after receiving the buyer’s invitation, and the technicians will leave for your factory within 5 working days after receiving the VISA. The fees in China will be our account.

7．Over the length of warranty but less than 3 years, you only need to pay the cost of accessories and travel charge of technicians. Time limit is as the same as Clause 6.

8．In the period of installing, adjustment, If the machines or parts of the machines go wrong because of our fault (including quality problems of machines and accessories themselves, misdirections of technician, any errors in technical documents), the charge regarding this matter will be our account.

9．We ensure that the technical information we provide is clear, complete, and correct to meet the needs of installing, adjustment and maintenance.
