Butyl Extruder machine JT04 is the special equipment to spread molten butyl thermosol sealant to both sides of the aluminum frame. It is equiped with photoelectric and PLC controlling systems, and high-temperature resistance conveyer belt. It is enable with the characteristics of stepless speed regulation and full aotomation of location, transmission and sealant spreading.

The only thing the operator needs to do is to hold the aluminum frame and all the other operate can be completed automatically as programmed. It features convenient operation, stable performance, good effect of sealant extrusion and high production efficiency. The machine adopts man-machine interface and it is indispensable for insualating glass manufacturing.
